Reflection of practice is a process that allows teachers to reconstruct their professional practice, in order to strengthen their professional competencies during their initial training and their professional development as a teacher in front of a group. The tools of data collection, observation, planning design, teaching materials, teaching journal, assessment reports, evaluation processes and reflection of practice are essential to be in constant analysis and reflection on our way of teaching and how we can improve it. These processes have the purpose of providing a quality education to our students taking into account the plans and study program to achieve the purposes of teaching and learning English in secondary education, this portfolio of evidence aims to show the gradual progress, sequential and depth for the improvement of teaching practice and always seeks continuous training where the trainee teacher learns from mistakes and successes to find ways to improve educational practice.
