This document presents a compilation about the development of a set of new professional competences. Doe to the COVID-19 pandemic, the implementation of sanitary isolation measures necessitated a shift from traditional face-to-face classes to online classes. Then, hybrid classes emerged as a combination of face-to-face and online instruction. These changes posed numerous challenges to the education system at all levels; for this reason, the document is a recompilation of challenges and changes that teachers had in order to adapt the new era. Through careful analysis and reflection, the reader will discover notable achievements and strengths, as well as areas for improvement. Additionally, an outline crucial aspect to the future professional growth and development of the writer.
