dc.description.abstractThe present document consists of the application of Positive Discipline Strategies in the classrooms in order to achieve an improvement in classroom management. Benefits are granted to learners, among which may be indispensable skills for their school life, and improved coexistence among classmates and educators. As well as an improvement in their academic performance. An emphasis is placed on the application of positive discipline strategies that generate a natural consequence of doing something wrong. On the other hand, teachers are made aware not to use negative discipline that consists of punishing students for doing something wrong. Educators also benefit in the sense that a climate of respect is generated. And facilitates the teaching process, since indiscipline conflicts that interrupt the teaching and learning process are reduced to a great extent.es_MX
